Shipping Policy

As per the Shipping Policy:

We certainly understand that you can’t wait to get your hands on your purchase once you have placed an order. We at Lyla are committed to get your order to reach you in fastest possible time with the help of our trusted courier services.

We’ll deliver anywhere in India and guess what? It’s on us!!
All of your orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of order placement. You can choose from any of the following shipping options –
Standard Shipping – Standard shipping is FREE when you order for Rs 500/- or more, and available across India. Shipping charges of Rs 60/- are applicable for orders below Rs 500/-.

Express Shipping: When you choose Express Shipping option on our website, we guarantee next working day delivery for your shopping. To be able to do that, we offer Express Shipping only on orders placed before 4 PM on working days and paid via credit/debit cards or netbanking. There is only a nominal fee that you pay to get that thing into your closet fastest! Currently the Express Shipping is available for select markets, namely Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Ahmedabad.
The products ordered on Standard Shipping mode can be expected to be delivered within 3-5 days in major metro cities and can take anywhere between 6-12 days for other locations, from the time the order is confirmed.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any. You can refer to “Track my order” to see status on your order.
The whole order amount including shipping charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
Shipping charges will not be refunded if you cancel a part of the order.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded if you return an order delivered to you. If you self-ship the products you want to return, the shipping charges will be reimbursed based on Lyla Returns Policy.
